All I want for Christmas is to unload my father’s farm and get the hell out of Majestic, Wyoming…

Until a certain gorgeous cowboy throws me a curveball.

The world sees me as Hendrix effing Lanier. Laser-focused World Series champion catcher for the Nashville Copperheads. Out-and-proud millionaire.

What they don’t know is that my father walked out when I was a kid so he could play farmer. And twenty years later, I haven’t figured out how to stop giving a damn. 

When I learn I’ve inherited his dairy farm, my plan’s simple: sell the place and get back to my real life in time for Christmas. 

Then I meet Taza Daggett.

My father’s foreman is my polar opposite. He’s infuriatingly cheerful, ridiculously attractive, and determined to keep the dairy running. 

His main interests seem to be organizing the town’s Christmas Wish fundraiser and getting under my skin.

So why is he suddenly all I can think about? 

Before I know it, I’m milking cows, decorating trees, stealing mistletoe kisses, befriending meddling Majesticans, and finding creative ways to stay warm in a blizzard. 

Worse, I’m tearing down walls I’ve spent decades building and questioning everything I thought I wanted. 

Because holiday magic can’t last forever. The career I’ve built my life around is waiting for me in Nashville. And no matter how hard I’m falling, I know I have to leave… 

But after twenty years of wondering how my father could walk away from the people he loved, my own Christmas wish just might be finding a way to stay.
